The office chairs supplied by Exotic Chairs carry a five-year guarantee. The guarantee covers faulty or defective components used on the chairs plus faulty workmanship. The gas cylinders are guaranteed for two years. Normal wear and tear on the fabric and foam is excluded from the guarantee. The specific guarantee of the Fabric that suppied the fabric will apply. The guarantee also excludes malicious damage to the chair.
